Shipping And Delivery:
Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days after full payment has been
made - as long as the ordered item/s are in stock. If you have ordered a crossbow or any
bladed product you will be emailed or text and asked to provide proof of age identification.
A valid passport or driving licence matching the name on the order is required before we
will dispatch an order containing a crossbow or any bladed product. Orders containing
a crossbow or any bladed product will be sent out and delivered by Royal Mail age verification
tracked delivery - you will be required to show a valid passport or driving licence to the
courier before they will hand the order over to you.
The age for purchasing any crossbow or bladed product in the UK is 18.
Your order will not be dispatched until your proof of age identification has been received.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered.
Royal Mail does not consider an item lost/missing until a full 14 days has passed from
the dispatch date. During times of bad weather or during the busy Christmas period in
December your order may take longer than the 3-5 working days to be delivered.
